Our Educators
At Science Lab Juniors, our mission consists of providing a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe. Our unique science classes offer ready to go lessons in whatever format suiting the needs of the child, parent, teacher and administration at the early learning centre. By matching scientific principles with fun children skyrocket out into the world of science discovery.

Amanda Lau
Founder & Lead Educator
As a child, Amanda remembers watching Professor Julius Sumner Miller on ABC asking “Why is it so?” over and over again. To this day the question inspires her to create fresh ways of presenting science. When a person finds their passion in life, nothing can stop them.
“My vision is to bring science to a child’s world and this is what drives me to create science classes.
I am inspired by a child’s curiosity and imagination, which I reckon is limitless, if only we dare to enter their world.”

Rory Molloy
Bellarine Region Educator
Rory brings a lifelong passion in children’s entertainment to the Science Lab Juniors team. Entertaining children and having fun with science comes naturally to him. In fact, Rory used to perform puppet shows with native animals in preschools, educating children about the environment and the beautiful Australian fauna around them.
“Since joining the team I relish the weekly opportunities to bring fun
science ideas and share knowledge to inspire future scientists.”

Kate Goodden
Bayside Region Educator
Kate loves watching children play and finds them discovering things around them infectious!
She recognises a child’s natural curiosity and is dedicated to sharing her science communications with each child.
“Being part of the Science Lab Juniors team allows me to foster young children’s love for learning
with confidence in science and extend their inquiries, guiding them in a more scientific direction.”
